NOTHING is free. free health care means higher taxes for ALL people.

Government run healthcare is good only for the lazy, freeloading, deadbeats, who are too lazy or unmotivated to provide for themselves and their families. And it's not FREE, it comes from people who are productive members of our society who provide for themselves and their families and pay taxes. If you want government healthcare that bad the pop the US Government tit out of your mouth and please go to Canada or better yet Cuba.

Budget=limited amount of care=rationed care/decreased quality care. You can't add 50 million ppl to a system and not add doctors or nurses or hospital staff.
