Ford tough with Chevy stuff. There is a reason why a Chevy is dropped in Ford street rods besides dirt cheap to build. Some found out a Ford would not clear the front axle since the oil pump is in the front. The Chevy clears since the oil pump is in the back.

Oh, wow, that's beautiful. The paint job is excellent. And you put a 350 CID V8 in it? Wow! That's a good amount of power in a small car! What do you think it could do out on a track?
We've got a 1940 Ford Sedan for sale right now, too- a video of it is posted on our channel.

Do you recon that'l look good on an Evo 5 GSR with carbon fibre?

frenched electric antenna hole?.......you can see something in the bottom, and it is Not in line with Gas fill on other side......big enough to fit your small hand in......really get rid of that .......otherwise ,I`d love to have it.

The mysterious hole looks like it may be there to provide access to possibly an air valve or something. If you look close at 2:45 you can see something that lines up with the hole, perhaps an air shock valve or something. It does look like a gas cap hole, perhaps from a different model year, but the fact that it lines up with something underneath makes me think it could be an access hole.

that is a nice paint job, I like it too, and the custom cup holder on the right rear fender rocks : )

Old Fords are just so awesome looking. I think they brought back some of that style with the Flex and Mustang updates, but they have been fairly boring comparatively for a while.
Thank you for sharing!

That color must really look sick in the sunlight. I don't think that hole is for an antenna, too big. Maybe for an old fuel tank filler??

@805ROADKING I think I'd put a gas filler and cap in that hole just to fill it in and make it look normal.
