The lead singer's great. Not so sure about the rest, but he compensates.

Well I think everyone's being a bit harsh. Having done (and attempted to write) an a cappella version of this with my school choir I can fully appreciate this was very well done! The harmonies are brilliant! The chords are funny anyway so comments on tuning are quite unfair.
