Is there any reason why you don't use spices (i saw it on the commercial ketchup ingredients)..
Also what do you think about using agava nectar (i think stevia is illegal in the uk where i am).

my kiddo drinks ketchup (not literally) so it worries me with all that corn syrup in it. that is all ketchup has in it, 1. tomatos 2. high fructose corn syrup! i've been looking for a great home made alternative, THANK YOU

I haven't found a need for spices because it's so delicious as-is, but if you find some good variations please let me know! Try Xylitol instead of Agave if you can't get Stevia. Even though Agave is better than sugar, Xylitol has a lower glycemic effect. Thanks for your comment!

It's spelled Stevia, and you can get it at supplement stores. Also, use twice the balsamic I recommend in the video. I recently spilled too much in by accident and I like it way better!
