I'm always baffled why so few amateur and pro bodybuilders bounce their pecs during contest posing routines. Is there some rule against it? Or is it merely frowned upon for some reason? Perhaps it's seen as too 'gimmick-y' or something. Personally if I were a competing bodybuilder my pecs wouldn't stand still a moment I was onstage! I think pec bouncing is truly hot and sexy and I wish I could do it myself. Then again I'd never be able to tear myself away from the mirror if I could!
