Ukraine looks for green light from NATO

Ukraine's ambitions to join NATO are to be discussed again as a delegation from the alliance, headed by Secretary General, Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, visits the capital Kiev on Monday. The Ukrainian leadership will report on the progress of reforms called for by NATO in the country.
