this man used to work @ wal-mart on ramsey st cleaning up... he used to do this while he was working, but not as bad. i dont think he is homeless tho.... during the day, u can catch him on the hay st exit over the MLK dancing on the bridge

Love "dancin man" I work downtown and used to see him a lot. He is nothing but friendly and waaaaay entertaining
