Hey DRBUK, did you hear about the Apple vs. Proview from China case? Proview in China is saying they own the trademark and name iPad and bought it in 2000 and Apple didn't bother to research this and they want $1.5 (+) Billion USD from Apple.

So pretty much Apple can't call their iPad an iPad in China.

Adrian, not that its the worse thing in the world, but why do you almost exclusively use your Macbook's built in camera when filming yourself over using that really nice SLR that you have?

@IRBrad time and convenience, i barely get time to plan videos so the minute an idea jumps in my head i quickly film it, i don't have the time to step up the camera, then import the film then edit it etc.

The only one at the moment that winds me up are Samsung vs Apple, samsung really are taking the piss..

@DRBUK Apple can report on it all they like, but its clear for the eyes to see what a copyist samsung is, but to me thats all old news.

What i see from samsung now are some petty attempts at trying to make people who buy Apple look stupid, i find it really hard to see how samsung doesn't want long queues for there phones..

Probably. I'm sure they want this squashed ASAP as they recently opened that huge gorgeous looking store there. That and China will surpass America as the leading mobile and smartphone market in the world, if it hasn't already. There is a HUGE market there for them.

Buying it outright from Proview may be the quickest solution for them.

@TalesOfWar actually, I am not selling Apple short. If a company was to take what Apple did and made it better, then it is stealing. But if Apple takes something somebody else did first and made it better..it is innovation. That is the only thing I am pointing out here about Apple fans. I sell Apple fans short not Apple. :-)

@DRBUK The thing with Jobs was he was both the best and worst of people, very very VERY rarely in between lol. He was always polar opposites from one second to the next. Like his whole "this is shit" one moment to "this is brilliant!" the next, even about the same thing lol.
