Start by standing upright, hooping clockwise, and pass the hoop infront and behind the body horizontally at about knee hight. Pass the hoop to the right hand and immediately kick with last point of the passing hoop with the right foot - hard. Turn as the hoop really speeds up. Let the hoop elevate up and then bring it back down. This looks best repeated a lot - as in this film its not done enough and you cant really see the move very well. Reverse instructions for other side.
