How to fix error 80020148

***Please Keep In Mind That These Steps Are For Certain Games, As Sony Releases Newer Games You Will Need To Upgrade To A Newer CFW***

***I no longer have a psp but I'll try my best to help you on whatever I can, Plz post the psp you have (1000 2000 3000 Go), cfw currently running n game trying to play***

Things you will need:
- Copy of the iso of your original game. In my case Dirt 2
- UMDGen_v4.00
- Game Decrypter V4

First Step
- Drag and drop the "GameZDecryptZ" folder into the "Game" psp folder
- Open UMDGen
- Drag and drop the game Iso into UMDGen program
- Double click on "PS_GAME"
- Double click on "SYSDIR"
- Right click on "EBOOT.BIN"
- Click "Extract Selected..."
- Choose place to extract EBOOT.BIN file (For Ex: Desktop)

Second Step
- Put the PSP on usb mode
- Drag and drop the extracted EBOOT.BIN file to root of your psp
- Remove PSP from usb mode
- Go to "Game" then open/launch "GAME DECRYPTER"
- Then click "X" to decrypt your eboot.bin
(After few seconds the psp will reset itself)

Third Step
- Put your PSP back on usb mode
- Now b4 you continue, delete the EBOOT.BIN file from the desktop
- Also delete the EBOOT.BIN file from the root of your psp
- Double click on the DECRYPTOR folder
(This is where you will find the new EBOOT.BIN file)
- Move the new EBOOT.BIN to your desktop
- Then delete the DECYPTOR folder after moving the new EBOOT.BIN file to your desktop

Fourth Step
- Open UMDGen again
- Drag and drop your game ISO into UMDGen program
- Double click on "PS_GAME"
- Double click on "SYSDIR"
- Now here just drag and drop the new EBOOT.BIN file
(You will get the message stating if you want to replace the existing file
Click on YES)
- Click on "Save" then click on "Uncompressed (*.iso)"
- Select your save destination and name file then click "ok"
- Close UMDGen program

Final Step
- Put your PSP back on usb mode
- Drag the new Iso file into your iso folder on your psp

Now the game should run with no problem.
