Yearly "Meet and Greet" at Stelvio, Italy. Lotus Elise/Exige/Esprit/Excel and Opel Speedster from all over Europe entering the carpark at 2780 meter high after 48 hairpins.

and enjoying the scenery and beauty and condition of the "greatest driving road in the world" is good enough but if you go there thinking youre herr schumacher and try to go quite fast the thatll top everything off a treat. oh and anyone agreeing to me about going fast on these roads. if you do visit SP, dont crash kill yourself. shit drivers can be caught out. lotus's and sports cars recommended big fat vipers, bm's and lambos are not!

i have done it, not with a specific event but why be with lots more people than if youre there on your jack. if you want to open the taps say 30, 40 mph instead of following people going 5, 10 mph than you want to go, overtaking way slow people and having less traffic so you can have more a racing line in the corners (though a lot are blind for about half the corner due to the gradient if you go at the right time like i did you shouldnt knock people of their bikes). yes meeting enthusiasts

do the hairpins at a lowly 5-10 and youll feel i wished i did it faster do them at 15 plus and that when you really start to have your heart in your mouth!

Hi, If you go to the Stelvio in the next 4 weeks you have to know that the pass is closed at the moment due to snow.
