How to make Kava

Ha...stumbled on this. From back in the day living in NZ and trying to learn about the culture etc.. Kava. It's big over there. Big in Fiji too. It's also pretty good, nice body buzz. But not great tasting. This was my first foray into the world of Kava.

temperature should not exceed 140 fahrenheit or you are killing kavalactones.....you WILL feel something FIERCE if you brew it around 135 fahrenheit..

your making all wrong bruh, im from fiji all you gotta do is grind/smash the root into powder form, put it in a cheese cloth or whatever you wanna call it poor water into the kava, and squeeze the water from the cloth into a bowl...simple.

typical meathead, huge arms, tiny brain. People, its not that hard to do some pre trial research. Just shake it in whole milk, and coffee creamer, and strain it, thats IT. dont heat it, and it wotn get you "stoned" either. Kava Kava is a relaxing bevrage, able to totally relax your muscles, and free your mind for social interactios. An remember, the reverse tolerence can be a bitch, just keep doing it,a nd itl get you VERY relaxed
