David and Jonathan (a Gay Love in the Bible)

I think it is clear to see that David and Jonathan loved one another. What man says about another man that his love for him surpassed the love of women? What are your excuses christians? Don't tell me they were just really, really good friends. Read all the text if you believe in that book and see what it says. They won't teach you it in church. I know, i have been there.

I just hope everyone else: women, those who have had ancestors in slavery, those who eat shellfish, those who wear certain types of clothing, Jews... the list goes on, that the Bible is to be respected for the positive aspects it brought to the world but that it should be updated and not used to exclude or judge anyone. Go by the individual person. Get to know a Gay person. :)

And you are not just telling what the Bible says because you continue to explain what you are reading in the Bible which is teaching and you give your opinions also which is preaching. Just like You are using the Bible to enforce your hatred in the name of God, so can ANYBODY and call themselves Christian! Jesus DIDNT say-ONLY men can preach gospel, only men will speak tongues etc..Women also speak tongues, can tell about Jesus & Gospel.Then again I dont teach I just tell what the Bible says!

Then again Paul says:"I commend to you our sister Phoebe, a servant of the church at Cenchreae..for she has been a patron of many and of myself as well."Romans 16:2 In other translations -she was a deacon or a ministrant.

So, women can be a helper, she can prophesy and can tell about Jesus and His words! She cannot be a pastor, church leader.

@Gayfreewill I think you missed my point or just replied to the wrong comment. Devorra7 is quoting from the bible her justifications for Gays not being in God's plan so I returned the favor by using the Bible to tell her to shut up. If she can be equal to men in the eyes of God, then we can be equal too. Look at my Channel man. :)

@TheNolo73 There are 7 billion people in the world. Hundreds of millions of them gay.  But still the world is over populated. Are your eyes missing from your head, or is your brain not able to reason? Surely you have seen gay , effeminate men/boys with their inborn, natural characterics, mannerisms, facial features etc, in other words some are so obvious you have to be a complete dunce not to see that gay people did not make themselves that way.
