  • Thanks for sharing with us. Chris and I lost two babies in one year that are now in heaven (miscarriages) and I used to sing that song when I was trying to make sense of it all. We have quite an investment in heaven, don't we? :) Stacy

  • The jax part of your jaxbeach girls isn't for Jacksonville, Florida is it? We are moving there in a few months and I would love to ask some questions about the area. Thanks for watching our video. I just felt like I wanted to share her. It felt like it was time. :)

  • Yes, Chris sent it to me from work. Greg came to church with us that Wed.night he was here. :) I gave your husband my card so you and I could keep in touch. I want to help ya'll as much as I can about Jax! :)

  • I'm slow to make connections sometimes! The info you sent with Greg was so helpful! Would you mind getting me your email address. I have a few more questions for you. I'm prob. coming to Jax sometime in April. I look forward to meeting you! Shannon

  • A baby born with anencephaly is usually blind, deaf, unconscious, and unable to feel pain. Although some individuals with anencephaly may be born with a main brain stem, the lack of a functioning cerebrum permanently rules out the possibility of ever gaining consciousness. Reflex actions such as breathing and responses to sound or touch may occur.

  • I am so very sorry. What a loved little girl. What a celebration of bittersweet proportions. I can't stop crying. Your video is such a beautiful tribute to your daugther. God bless you all. I too know the loss of a child and that awful ache. Without God I would not have gotten through it. Thank you for sharing this video that you honor your daugther's life and passing with.

  • this video is so beautiful, and your daughter is gorgeous. I also lost my daughter to anencephaly on july 29th, 2008. I miss her so much and not a day goes by that i dont wish she was still here. I know how hard it is and i am very sorry for your loss and i will pray for you and your family.

  • God bless you and your precious little girl. She is watching over you. Your video made me cry.

  • Your daughter is gorgeous. Your photoshow was linked to mine, and that is how I found out about your sweet girl. I am so sorry for your loss, and my heart breaks for the both of us. May the Lord bless and keep you and your family.

  • Very touching video. I lost a nephew to anencephaly. I admire your courage and your strength and my thoughts are with you. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful daughter Olivia

  • This video is beautiful. I had tears coming down my face. I have a 3 yr old daughter who was diagnosed with Schizencephaly, she is missing 65% of her brain. The doctors told me she would not be vital and to have an abortion. She was born alive and they gave her a year to live. She is now almost 3 1/2. Her name is Grace, Amazing Grace. I myself am moving to Tampa in July with my daughter, take care and may God bless you.

    Amy

  • Looking forward to meeting you too! Have Greg give Chris your email and I will send you my info again. (I gave Greg a card with my email and phone # and all) Maybe he misplaced it or something, I would give it on here but the whole world would have my email! :) Hope to get in touch soon. Great blog by the way! I need to introduce you to a couple in our SS class at church. Their baby had Trisomy-18. They prayed for just one day with him and God gave them 56! They are such an inspiration.
