Homosexuality in the eyes of the Bible

Let me stress an important point: This video is not meant for the religious dogmatists who believe the bible and their priest.

This video is an analysis of mythological scripture. It is done by a person who is *not* religious, definitely not a christian, and has done the "I deny the holy spirit" challenge, which means that person, by most christian hardcore fanatics, is lost. Do not try to "bring her back", she is not interested.

This is a channel to show another point of view over a book that is not the sole property of believers. It is not MEANT for people who do not think for themselves. It is not meant for people who pick and choose what they wish, and choose to live by an archaic set of rule based on mythological fairytales.

Christians seem to think Homosexuality is forbidden and horrible sin in the eyes of the bible. But are they right?


I bring you a biblical story about King David and Johnathan, a story about love and a deep bond that seem to shatter those claims to pieces.

This love is refering being born again weather male female we are all the bride of Christ. The soul of all flesh is female. God being the male asepct of the spirit. Eve came from the soul of Adam. At this time Gods people have intermixed with other people God forbide them to. Israels people were doing abomidable things. Even a virgin daughter was killed and offered up to God by an Israel gen. So it would not be far from such times to see David having a forbiden sexual relationship as norm considering the times. Its disturbing how people still say this wasn't a homosexual relationship because it doesn't talk about sex. As if sex were the only component to homosexuality. Is the only reason a man loves a woman just for the sexual intercourse? David lived in these times and God didn't strike him down for his relationship with Johnathan. Nowhere else in the Bible has a relationship between two men been described this way, not even Jesus with his disciples.

Thank you for posting this academic approach to a very emotive subject among religious types. I will give it due consideration before getting back to you on the matter in order to provide you with the response you deserve. However, it would be good to know what your academic area is and what your cultural tradition is .... what your religious tradition is/was. Why this subject is so important to you.The reason I ask this is because you come over as a Jewish lesbian woman with an axe to grind.
