$1,850/mo can get you a nice 2 BR in Astoria or up in Hudson Heights. 15 min subway ride to midtown.

Oh, dude, I know. But then I wouldn't be able to easily hang out with my friends on the UES or in Tribeca. 15 min subway ride? Not on the weekends.
