Doubling capacity on these commuter rail lines is the goal of a second train tunnel that transportation officials hope to break ground on next year. Here's a quick view of the new two-track tube that will reduce congestion below the Hudson River, nearby the current 100-year-old, tunnel that only has one track in each direction.
