@Kaynas1988 No, this was filmed in the BEC (Brisbane Entertainment Centre), Australia's arena, for the first Ashes series. The second Ashes series was filmed in the NIA.

It's strange that Australian Gladiator Cougar appeared in the opening but never took part in any of the events (he made a cameo appearance at the end of the final). Why was that?

I remember this I watched this on TV. i watched Gladiators series 1 to 8 , Gladiators The Ashes 1 and 2, International Gladiators 1 and 2 and Gladiators Springbok Challenge 1 all on ITV with my Nanna and my Grandad my Mum and Dad watched it with us sometimes to when they wasn't to busy. I hope ITV1 bring this back no matter how much it will cost them they should bring Gladiators back.

Wow I so remember this this is so hot. I miss the old classic UK and the old classic Aussie Gladiators so much. I always watched this with my family and we always cheered on our favourite Gladiators. I wonder what they are all up to now? I wish I could meet the old classic UK and the old classic Aussie Gladiators that would be amazing. Do they have any fan mail addresses? I hope ITV1 brings back Gladiators no matter how much it costs them they should return it. Gladiators rocks.

I remember this Gladiators the ashes rocked. When I first saw this on TV I wasn't scared and everytime I watch this on youtube it never scares me but the one little thing that used to scare me was the man saying Gladiators in a deep low voice. What was the mans name who did the deep voice saying Gladiators? Do you think Gladiators the ashes will ever come back? hope so. Hope ITV1buys it sence Sky One bought Gladiators so they can show it.
