  • do whatever the FUCK! you wanna do

  • Agreed, genetics are very important. Think about Arnold, his body responded perfectly to what he did in the gym. And his steroid use. Damn the guy could take huge doses of dbol without his liver giving up. He didn´t even get gyno (from what we know atleast) on those huge doses. His genetics was almost perfect. He also had a huge drive to do whatever it takes to become the best.

  • @ELiSHINe9 im not the biggest guy in school because i work out, but because i put myself through torture every day again and again and i never stop, you only need super good genetics if you wanna become a pro

  • @MMAxJC just because your skinny doesnt mean you have bad genetics, im not saying that because im skinny, but because you said your the biggest guy in your school because you work out nd if you really are the biggest person at your school its becuase of the 4 reasons he said, well the main reasons were diet and genetice but you get my point,

  • lol hodgetwin ending. u da man

  • @angerboy2957 Yeah, you don't have anything to worry about then. Just lift hard and eat right.

  • @215Dave215 yea not even compete just look good ya kno? thnx

  • @angerboy2957 You don't. In the beginning, everyone is basically at the same rate. The only way to tell if you have good genetics is if you take steroids. If you're very sensitive to the drugs and don't have to take high doses to see gains, those would be good genetics.

If you're not trying to compete in bodybuilding, don't worry about genetics, because they don't mean a damn thing in that respect. They come into play once you REALLY start getting swole.

  • bro how do you know you got good genetics starting off ?

  • @215Dave215 i think anyone can look good tho with hard work and good diet regardless of genetics maybe not pro status but get jacked.
