David is married to the girl in the pool, Velena Vego. She's one of my oldest, dearest friends in the world. That's her father's house in Atlanta. Note: Tammy Wynette's silver Corvette with the dust writing. FYI: Velena & her sister Vanessa formed the first all girl punk rock band in Athens, GA - Mystery Date. Velena & David have Pitch a Tent Records. Velena has booked the fabulous & famous 40 Watt Club forever. Super hip, super great couple. Love 'em both.

A hypothetical: what if some concern entered our country and got folks all preoccupied with petty corruption and nontraditional sexual practices? Oh yeah and those who do not work but take money? And what if they had some gadget that could implant "charley in your mind (see "outer limits")?As citizens felt this new togetherness in their minds, this concern did a coup when no one was looking. Would it be un pc to be blunt and try to defend the constitution? To try not to listen to charley ?

Great song but wow. I would have to thirty years younger and even at that, get some major plastic surgery to even hope to qualify to mean nothing to David Lowery. I think the girls should feel honored not ashamed since not just anybody could make this list. What is it with this post modern hyper moralism? I think it would destroy my serenity. Glad my formative years were in the seventies.

I love Camper/Cracker but this did not sound like the usual. Maybe I am unperceptive but it sounded like a monkey may have ordered him to do this song. My French side does not comprehend. My Northern Italian side recalls that on Christmas two years ago in Northern Italy the police raided homes looking for undocs...they apologetically called it "Operation White Christmas."
