It's not good enough offering massive damages for 42 day detention, when we're in a police state.

Even Amnesty are worried about the UK's lack of civil rights.

Police shot John Charles De Menzes for carrying a rucksack - police weren't authorised to use firearms, they'd made a "mistake". If the police can't even organise themselves to know if they are or are not to shoot someone, how can you give them more POWER.

We need to repeal the existing laws /powers given to the Police.
