Showing what ingredients is the key to my liking of this show. To ask the cost of a bowl of noodle is a no no in any business, putting the stall owners on the spot. Next stall owner will definitely not want to be on film. I prefer the amoy street minced pork noodle store, too bad is 38 years ago. Now I only can have seafood pasta or meat ball and no chopsticks.
