10 triceps push-ups + 10 regular push-ups + 10 diamond push-ups (for triceps).
I did this with my feet on the bench so it is more challenging.
If you aren't able to perform all of the reps from your feet, go from your knees. Start with your feet on the floor and work your way up to the bench.
Keep your core strong at ALL times.
I do between 3-6 sets of this, depending on the day, and between 30-45 reps total per set. My goal is 99 reps per set (33 reps per type of push-up) but I am not quite there.
