【蒔蘿海鮮湯+蒜泥白肉】
材料/ 蒔蘿 4兩、牛蕃茄 1粒、鮮魷 4兩、鮮蝦 4兩、魚肉 4兩、蛤蠣 4兩、豬肉片 半斤、蔥 2根、薑 2片、香菜 適量、大蒜 4粒、花椒粉 少許、素蠔油 2大匙、酒 2大匙、鹽 適量、辣油 適量
做法:
1、蒜磨成泥,放入一容器中,拌入花椒粉、素蠔油、辣油;蔥切末放入,加一點水拌勻,即成蒜泥醬。
2、水煮滾放入酒、蔥、薑後,入豬肉片汆燙一下撈出裝盤,淋上蒜泥醬,擺上香菜,即是蒜泥白肉。
3、將蕃茄切塊,放入湯鍋中,加入所有海鮮之後,撈出蔥、薑;放入時蘿煮滾之後,關火,加鹽調味即可。
