Flow meters are used to measure linear, nonlinear, mass or volumetric flow rate of liquid or gas.
How well the flow meter works depends on the quality of the flow meter and selecting of the proper model for the application.
In this video we'll review various models of our quality flow meters, their key features and common applications.
MAO SERIES
is suitable for monitoring lower flows of corrosive and non corrosive liquids.
All teflon wetted parts model available. No seals. Undamaged by over ranging.
When fluid flows through the unit it displaces the Teflon encapsulated magnetic piston.
This displacement is proportional to the volumetric flow through the unit. A transducer,
encapsulated in the body outside the fluid path, senses the displacement of the piston.
The transducer's signal is converted by a microprocessor-based conditioning circuit then
sends the signal to three types of outputs: voltage, pulse and current loo.
Key features
• No bearings
• Single moving part with no rotating internals
• In line metering
• Measures low flows
• Made of Teflon, Brass or stainless steel
• Analog or digital output
Applications
• Wet benches
• Cooling systems
• Corrosive chemical dispensing
• Materials consumptions measurement
• Process control
In addition, we offer liquid low flow sensors; For flow rates from 1 gallon/year (10 cc/day) to a few GPM, they provide repeatable liquid flow measurement with little or no maintenance. Options for hazardous locations (intrinsically safe/explosion-proof) are available.
Our flow meters have been used for everything from liquefied gases to thick oils and pastes. Corrosive chemicals, light hydrocarbons, water and water-based fluids
Our low gas flow meters provide an easy-to-use technology for measuring gas flow in small lines - typically 1" or smaller at flow rates from a few hundred SCFM down to 25 SCCM.
These meters give a repeatable reading in mass or standard volume with no external temperature or pressure correction needed. With no mechanical parts, they are reliable and easy to maintain.
Our company offers a wide range of flow meters for all types of liquids and gases, big pipes and small lines.
