You guys should look up how to make high strength concrete. Its pretty easy and uses basically the same ingredients. Would give you a much stronger projectile. 7000-8000 psi aka 48000-55000kPa concrete is pretty easy to make if you know what you are doing.

@menace2society1988 i think the black cylinder is filled by the torch gas, and a bit of some flammable fluid is poured into the barrel before the can. then the gas in the cylinder is heated, ignited, and there you go
