wow 123 you do get around dont you.

All - 123djs goes from vid to vid spreading his/her lies. Funny thing is... he takes a fact, twists it slightly (as above) and then presents it in his own words saying that another 'Muslim' said it.

Truth is...us Muslims have one Quran, everyone agrees on whats in it, its authenticity, its origins. We all agree who Muhammad was, who Jesus was, Moses (peace be upon them).

For u to come and spread this twisted understanding isnt really fooling anyone dude.

There isn't one version of the Bible...King James Version, Standards Revised Version, New American Version, New International Version, New King James Version, 21st Century King James Version. Some of these have had verses taken out(or put back in usually due to preachers getting mad even though the scholars know the verses aren't right), some have books missing as compared to others. To say you guys only have one version isn't right.

@09Discovery I think you, as a Muslim, know your history well. One Muslim said this: [I completely agree that Uthman (in the 8th century) burned the other versions of the Quran.] He added [There had to be only one standardized version of the Quran.] Therefore, before you attack Christians for the various translations of their Bible, you should confess before Allah that your own history concerning the many versions of the Quran is not clean. That is how we become honest people before God.

So you completely just dodged the point entirely that your Bible does have different versions...

To elaborate I didn't attack anything, I stated plain facts that anyone can check by walking into a book store. Also, the Qur'an was written at the time of The Prophet(SAW) as seen in this Hadith. Narrated Qatadah: I asked Anas Ibn Malik: Who collected the Quran at the time of Prophet? He replied: Four, all of whom were from the Ansar: Ubay Ibn Kaab, Muadh Ibn Jabal, Zayd Ibn Thabit and Abu Zayd. (Bukhari, Kitab Fadailul-Quran) Other people may have tried to make their own versions

Cont. but there was only one Qur'an even at the time of The Prophet(SAW). Now you are right I do know a thing or two about our history. At the time of Uthman(ra) Islam spread rapidly. Those people that it spread to were not Arabs, So many variant readings sprung out, and Uthman(ra) commanded a committee of scribes to write the Qur'an down in the Quraish dialect like it was originally revealed. Copies of the Qur'an were then sent to all of those Muslims. It's obvious the Qur'an was still retained

@09Discovery My brother, there is nothing you can say about the Bible in terms of versions that cannot equally be said about the Quran. You said this: [Uthman(ra) commanded a committee of scribes to write the Qur'an down in the Quraish dialect like it was originally revealed.] (1) Muhammad lived in the 6th century. Uthman lived in the 8th century. (2) the Quran we have today cannot possibly be the exact word-for-word given to Muhammad even if the scribes intentions were honorable.

It can't? Even though they are written in the exact same dialect of Arabic? Muhammad(SAW) died in the year 632 so 7th century, and Uthman(ra) died in the year 656...so not that far apart, the dialect would of have been the same.

Surah 19:17 reads, [So she (Mary) took a veil from them; then We sent to her Our spirit, and there appeared to her a well-made man.] This surah tells us that the Spirit Gabriel existed before he became a human being. John 1:1 reads, [In the beginning was the Word, the Word was with God] This verse tells us that Jesus who is called the Word of God existed before He became a human child. Both Gabriel and Jesus did not cease (stop) to be divined even in their human flesh.
