The outer circles get their size information from the center circle. The rotation of each of the outer layers also occurs while this zoom following occurs (something that broke the previous method of zoom following that I discovered). Further, I have shown that I can also move the whole set of circles around the screen while maintaining the relative distance between all layers ... something previously extremely difficult to achieve. My new method of zoom following seems to have made this somewhat trivial in comparison. (But I need to do more testing to figure out what the limitations are of this method compared to my previous method).
