Oh, the hilarity!

I straighten my hair, I wear weaves (getting one put in tomorrow afternoon actually, and possibly dyeing my bangs green/blonde again)

So I'm trying to be white? It can't be because I like the way it looks?

I have plenty of Caucasian friends that tan and braid/dread their hair. It's not because they're self-hating white people that want to be black, they just like the way it looks.

That guy is just silly.

He should take his ass to bed and just go the fuck to sleep.

Whites got perms and straighten their hair not just women but men too. Hair is hair. We all love to experiment with our styles and individuality i don't think it has anything to do with hating your race :)

People like jay TRY to call out others for shadism yet they are guilty of it themselves. You don't have to degrade women who straighten their hair in order to elevate women who do not. You don't have to throw "light skinned women with green eyes" under the bus in order to recognize that dark skinned women are beautiful. And if he and others like him would actually ever go to Africa, they would see that Africans also NATURALLY have all these features that he attributes only to white people.

This girl appears to suffer from severe self-hatred. She is wearing more make-up than a transvestite and her dismissive, simple-minded responses to the substantive, although not so eloquent video, is a clear example of the circular nature of internalized racism.
