@jalidav1 There's nothing really fantastic about anyything. If you've been doing something your entire life it's just something normal. Something you like, a lifestyle. I'm not really motivated, it's just a routine that's engrained in me that says, "Oh shit I have to go". A reflex if you will. I wrote this for others who might be reading this since you were being sarcastic.

@tazmetaphor Humans are not as fragile as idiots like you keep going on about, there are people like magnus magnusson who lifts with shit technique and has done for about 30 years yet he is still one of the strongest guys in the world, so it is probably best to keep your bullshit, dumb, no training ass opinions to yourself and just let the dude lift the weight that you are never even gonna touch
