Awesome song from one of the most underrated artists out there. Great video. I saw her this summer with the full band (Aug.12, 2011). She did this song and many others from her first two LPs. I'm pretty sure that's Jeff Pevar playing the Stratocaster behind her. He's still playing guitar for her. Thanks for posting!

Had a job in '86 driving backwards and forwards all over Europe, and played this to death on the cassette player. It became like a friend during the long dark hours, really good to hear this again.

Because of the fact that you don't really hear her name much in the general culture, it is possible to forget just how good Rickie Lee Jones is. I have done this more than once over the years, but eventually I have come to see that she really is one of the very best we have.

there's no one like her...except maybe Tom Waits..

I am so glad that I understand the beauty of this.
Rickie's absolutely genius, straight up; her musical instincts are impeccable. She was an artists' artist... I mean lots of people hear the talent, but musicians get it, she has some serious major skills...

I can't for the life of me understand why this video has so few hits. This is a real cracker by a mega talented world class musician.
