  • I put the rod caps on backwards lol. I have a new engine now so it's all good.

  • I have no clue, it sounds like rod knock so I'm guessing that's what it is. Maybe my rod bolts were stretched so the bearings were more prone to spinning, I'm really not sure though. It sucks...the rebuild was a waste of time and money.

  • damb been in same position except my problem was dumb ass napa gave me the wrong bearing which some how fit but i was a litttle tipsy and didnt notice the oiling holes wernt lining up 250 miles later caaaabooooooom tat tat tat

  • @supraman121 thats because you have hydrailic lifters and their is air pockets inside the liftrer instead of oil
