I believe Pentium 4's had a solid grid of pins (no pinless area in the middle), and the entire top was covered with a heat spreader, so the actual CPU die wasn't visible. That one looks more like something from AMD's Athlon line.

at 10:54...that thing you thought was a light? it is a little LED that can be controlled by a function key on the keyboard. It illuminates the keyboard, as it is not backlit. Then you can type in the dark.

I think that delta thing is actually the nub and is supposed to stick through the keyboard. the rubber thing on top what sticks through
