Pickled Peppers from our upside down and container garden!

Well, it's been a while since we have posted a video. The garden is doing fine. Wanted to post something a little different so.....................

.....................we surfed YouTube and found a few people who had vids on showing how to do pickled peppers. LOTS of good vids out there for sure. We followed a recipe by "RecipeCook". I'd put a link here to her, but I don't know how. Anyhow, a few more days and we're gonna open a jar and taste them...I can't wait. I"m glad we've found a use for all of the peppers as we're gettin' lots of them. Oh, BTW, we made pickles the other day from some kirby cucumbers. It was extremely easy and quick...and they are awesome.

Cool vid, those peppers sure look good! I like your approach because it's simple and requires no special canning apparatus. I'm curious as to the shelf life. Could you tell me how long that would be? Thanx!
