  • Gratitude is so powerful isn't it?

    When I'm in a bummer mood, just five minutes of focusing on gratitude helps lift my spirits and turns my day around.

  • Gluten free is so much easier now than 3 years ago! Never been tested, but get bloated when I eat wheat. It was a powerful experience for me when I shifted from feeling deprived to being excited about eating more of things that I normally did not, because I had stuffed myself on bread or pasta. Thank you for sharing! - Meenal

  • Great video, it is so important to remember what we are grateful for. I've often wondered if I should get tested for Celiac disease... gluten free is hard at first but think how much better you feel when you are eating foods that nourish you!
