What a stupid technician. Basic rules: If the customer door is closed, close it behind you. If the fence is closed, make sure there's no dogs, then when done, close it behind you. And lastly: Do a walk around the entire van, and make sure nothing is around before driving off. Bet DirecTV doesn't even train about circle of safety.
