Yeah, Coach Bowden's 382 wins, that's the problem. No good QBs? Here we go again! Ponder 9-4. So I guess Tebow isn't a good quarterback? ANd EJ Manuel backing him up? He was a higher ranked recruit than Brantley. If you think the good times at UF will continue to roll when Tebow hands the offense over to Brantley, you'll be in for a big shock.

FSU has a better recruiting class than UF. UF isnt even in top ten recruiting classes.

UF troll to answer your question: Yes, Bobby Bowden and the better part of the FSU coaching staff has been the problem for quite some time. They have one foot out of the door already and Jimbo will be at the helm soon. I'm not expecting and IMMEDIATE MNC for FSU, but UF and FSU rivalry will actually be a decent game again. I miss getting psyched about the game. The last couple years I've just hoped for a tolerable score... hasn't happened recently unfortunately.

FSU's entire OL is returning intact. If you wish, you can review FSU's game against UF last year to see Harvin and the rest getting tackled from behind. That means they got chased down. UF may have better speed based on 40 yard dash results, but I'll go with game footage instead. Clearly UF has lacked leadership since 23 players have been arrested since 05. But, as usual, I could care less what someone named "BlobbyBowdenGeezer" thinks anyway.

I don't think that's the root of the problem. FSU has lost 4 players to the draft in the past 2 years. Best pick was a second round pick.

Florida is deeper, faster, and has leadership. These are qualities FSU lacks.

I don't know, maybe it's the NFL caliber players we lose to the draft early. FSU lost 3 LBs in 3 years who were all juniors. But unlike you, who wastes my time with excuses for why Tebow couldn't beat Michigan (UF's defense, the OL, Carr's last game) I don't make excuses.
