Local residents have had enough of being terrorised in their own homes by screeching tyres, loud engines, and smoke from burnouts. I encourage residents to take note of these pests in our neighbourhood, and write down the details of the offences on my 'Hoon Watch' form. These can be picked up from my office or downloaded from my website.
This form allows residents to report these offences anonymously, and allows the Police to create a database of offenders.
