Some gymnastics and flexibility 02/february/2010

I have been a long time not practicing my flexibility and some gymnastics skills, so, some days ago, I decided to practice and to take some videos.
Don't be too mean, I was sick and I stopped gymnastics a long long time ago (about 6 years).
Any tips to be more flexible ? Thank you =)

I'm really sorry about the music but my music wasn't accepted so I put this one I didn't know so... But if you want to listen it with the good music, listen to "I wanna be bad" singing by Willa Ford. Thanx ;)

@TayTayandZoee Don't worry. Sometimes we're just too ashamed to say our father acts this way with us, that's why you don't know a lot of girls in this situation, but I do... =/

It doesn't matter if you can't do much. As long as you keep on practicing, keep doing your things, keep enjoying, it'll be great, I promise =)

@StellaVanderqqch Thank you, it's nice to realize someone knows how I feel. I thought I was the only one. I'll try posting videos, but I can't do much. Thank you again :) I appreciate it, it actually gave me some hope and inspiration :)

It's pretty sad that she wasn't there. Force her to watch you the next time you go to the rink. I can understand your pain, because my dad has never been present when I was skating. He has never really cared, at all. I know how harsh it is when you want to share something you love with someone you love

@StellaVanderqqch lol I tried, she yelled at me :(. But my gymnastics/skating is self taught too! Only my rink is a wood floor. Whenever I go to a rink tho (3 times in my whole life...) I try doingn a spiral, I got it a couple of times :). My mom wasn't there to see tho :/

@TayTayandZoee Well, I dont' do figure skating in a club. It's selftaught ^^ But normally, Gymnastics is not really much expensive. Can't you say to your mom that it'd be great to do some sports, and it's better when you love what you do. Maybe she could accept ?

But yeah, figure skating is VERY expensive =/ That's the reason why I'm not in a club... =/

Great job! And you do figure skating? I LOVE skating! I don't do it, but I want to REALLLLLLY badly. But my mom says its to expensive, same with gymnastics. Which I mean I guess it would be, especially when you add on the skates and the care neededfor the skaters (like sharping the blades).
