I liked the music! I thought since it was a relaxing song it would show slow pictures and then came the crazy squares, lol. They were way too fast for me. Yeah, I'm picking on the crazy squares, funny how you think when your pregnant!

Since this music helps you to naturally breathe slower and deeper, I can see why it would be good for pregnancy. More oxygen in your blood for the baby, and less stress hormones. We have enough hormones already!
