Strength and Conditioning program for combat athletes at Dynamic Strength and Conditioning. This workout consists of partner work with one partner doing 25 Kettlebell swings while the other partner does 20# ball slams, immediately switching to 15 double kettlebell clean and press while partner does sitouts, immediately switching to 20 alternating cleans on a 2 count while partner does power wheel rollouts.. Each round takes close to 6:00. Rest 1:00 minute between rounds. Perform 4 rounds.
