I can't stop comparing myself to other people i'm a dancer an I always want to be someone else. I dont know how to stop coz i dont think i'll ever be happy with how i am, ahhh helpp!

@Nasha743 Being happy with yourself isn't always easy. I'd be lying if I said that I'm happy with who I am 100% of the time, but it's getting pretty close. Sounds harsh but you just need to come to terms with the fact that you will never be someone else, so you might as well start liking who you actually are, and surround yourself with people who feel the same. Let's face it - it's judgement from other people that we worry about most. Learn to shrug things off, and be proud of yourself.

I'm far too transparent when I try to fit in and pretend to be something I'm not. It's a lot less embarrassing (and less work, I might add) to just be myself and hang around the people who can appreciate that.

I wish being myself meant that I wouldn't have such bad luck with finding a girlfriend, but, I'd rather have the right girl for me than anybody else. One day, I shall find my dream girl... an anime & video game loving rocker girl! :P
