i just done a Aframe with a platform and hay bedding and roofing took me over 3 and a half hours but it was worth it, i try to test my self to become more like nature and useing what it provides, add me, myn was like2 and a half feet off the ground so no aunt or critter would disturbe me and it will keep you more warm

Nicely done, but i recomend building your shelter off the ground. You can also find a hill/mound nearby, and dig an egg shaped hole into the hill, finishing your shelter from the arch down.
In fall if you have to rake your yard, take the leaves and pile them on there and if u use enough it will be 100% water proof, that's what i did for myn.
could you see light coming in through your roof if so its not going to hold agains water
