Diane Dayton, host of Behind the Line, continues her interview with author Ira S Wolfe but asking him, "What's different now?" She infers- "haven't we always had multiple generations working together." Ira goes on to explain "the gray celing," a phrase he coined in his book Geeks, Geezers, and Googlization to describe how the Baby Boomers are stalling the career succession of Generation X and Generation Y. The interview was recorded in November 2009.
