i have no dout that he is RAW agent(INDIAN SPY AGENCY WHICH LOOKING INTERNATIONAL AFFAIR)..he insulted nepal n nepali from very begening,he should get sacked. nepali should elect directly president n vice president not parliament, this is what happens when parliament takes control of choozing highest post...he disrespect nepali, if he can't speak nepali go n learn first. what shame...whole world laughing at nepal, even india his master laughing at nepal...shame on him..

Jha should not have sworn in Hindi. He was leaders of few hinding speaking community before but after electing in VP, he should be the VP of all Nepalese! I guess, he must be an agent of India
