    What kills the design is that the magnetic disc is inside a tube. It would be better if you made the disc magnet look like a UFO and instead of using a tube use three rods in triangular formation, these will hold the ufo in the field but would allow you to touch the ufo from all sides, as it is it has little potential as a toy.

    I think you may be commenting on the wrong video. This video shows your exact recommendation...with the exception of the magnet looking like a UFO. You can touch the magnet with this config.

    I had great hope for u but now i' m litle disappointed couse if it took 5 yrs to find out this it took some minutes for me to find this! (magnetic levitation)

    Null zone, yes. First implementation of it with a coil of steel wire and magnets, called a Cook Coil happened by me years ago.

    Don't know who first discovered it using other means or when. Possibly with a superconductor in the 70's or 80's.
