It's wonderful that you use urban dictionary; however, to coin the phrase is "hook", but to be grammatically correct, you should use hooked because every thing is past-tense. @zrx7769 - Yes because it's the only carpet cleaner that is marketed world-wide in over 80 countries - the most in the world also. However, I don't work for Chem-Dry anymore and will not purchase services from my former employing franchise, but I will still only use Chem-Dry because it's the most effective and efficient.
P.S. Use hooked - not hook. If you're going to insult someone, please be literally correct...
