mapworkspace is an online service developed by KOREM for MapInfo Professional users to upload and share their maps with the public, their colleagues, or other professionals.

mapworkspaces accessibility and ease-of-use are truly unique. Although solutions currently exist allowing users to add simple geographic information to free online map services, mapworkspace stands out as it leaves the mapping professional with complete latitude to create their maps in MapInfo Professional, and then use mapworkspace to easily share them with their peers or any other user. Public access allows non-GIS professionals to consult published information and interact with the authors in a user-friendly environment.

Free of charge basic service is available to anyone who registers and provides users with all functionalities and a personal folder of up to 50 Mb. Through the basic service, all uploaded maps are made available to everyone or to the author exclusively. A subscription service provides the user with more folder space.
