I thought that when he got up after shooting the guy in the back whom found him, however he did, he would search the corpse and find out that the wish granter granted his wish, and he had just shot his brother, again.

@MonolithWhisper (after watching the movie feedback of couple days back) Dude...that was a movie well done , I think the atmosphere fit quite a lot and I liked the feeling of "I lost meh brother so I have to wish for him to live" added a reason for the use of the wish granter :) pure genuis.
