Here's the chart from the Real Book of Falling Grace (so you can do it along with me!).

This is a Chordal Inversion exercise that I've been playing with. I didn't work this out beforehand but, rather, work through a set of changes in real time explaining what I'm doing as I do it. Hope this helps some of you that are exploring chords on your bass!

As some past videos seemed a little overloaded or clipped here or there, I lowered the volume of my bass. I'm afraid I overdid it, as it's a little thin sounding but you can still hear everything clearly so.. enjoy!

  • erskine is also Hebrew...Its two words in hebrew.

  • @Theshemproductions hmm. hadn't heard that. Couldn't find it online but found this. it's derived from a town near Glasgow apparently.

    Erskine meaning and name origin

Erskine \e-rski-ne, er(s)-kine\ as a boy's name is pronounced ERS-kin. It is of Scottish and Gaelic origin, and the meaning of Erskine is "high cliff; verdant hill". Derived from a place in Scotland near Glasgow.

  • One Grace or Hein in Hebrew since I am hebrew and u bear a Hebrew name...

Blasphemer! The LORD Judged between us! FAKER

  • @Theshemproductions Faking what?? Erskine is Scottish

  • suena bonito tu perro

  • None of your info since u really don't give your own! Third person

  • @Theshemproductions Fuck are you on about?

  • @damianerskine i've read that there is a possibility that Hebrews from the tribe of Dan may have been sea faring peoples and may have made their way into western Europe around 4 or 500 B.C.(may not be correct on the date) and that they may have had some influence on the language. though a lot of historians give credit to the Phonecians. so your Scottish name could have Hebrew origins! i thought that was interesting. now time for me to learn some bass!

  • do u have....correction.

  • Hey man what kind of dog so u have?

  • This is very helpful for me. Thx a lot for making such a good lesson. :)))

  • Those numbers were from the G chord and I think they are just wrongly used.To far from a melody which makes up chords...Real ones.

  • Yeah I keep skipping words also??? I just had fun with a G diminished 7 chord though...Feels best using your own frets don't it?Kin is Hebrew for sure man...
